The girls quickly organized themselves, they had several things to do, and based on their abilities they would split in two groups: The ones who depended the most on the water would help Princess Twilight find the general area where she arrived and try to locate the portal, or clues regarding its whereabouts and malfunctions. But first, they would need to help her to go get Spike and help Rarity with her blacked eye. Looking for an ambulance or a medic would be counterproductive in the current circumstance, so they will rely on Fluttershy to help Rarity and her eye. They were surprised to look at her and discovering that her eye was already on its way to being healed. The black rim had halved already and improving by the second. The next thing the “Deep Ones” would need to do is find Rainbow Dash and stop her. Maybe she could defeat Rarity and her martial arts, but there was no way the rogue pegasus mermaid would be able to overtake three of them. Of course, she was still their friend, so they would try a less hostile approach, first. They were advised to take a staff, or a large net, if things got ugly. Sunset’s joke suggestion of bringing a sledgehammer was met with laughter from Pinkie, and a bit of concern from all the rest. And so Fluttershy and Rarity swam away.
 
The second group, “The Grounded Maids”, making fun of Applejack near-imprisonment and Pinkie’s predicament (and the fact that they were adapted better for land than the “Deep Ones”), had several tasks at hand: they would help Sci Twi and Sunset with the initial assessment, would volunteer for tests, and more importantly would come and go from their house to the pier, to set up a “base” of sorts.
 
The purple skinned girl walked along and sat down next to Sunset Shimmer. She had already seen her friends, but only now, she could admire them in all their marine glory. Both Pinkie and Applejack indeed looked bigger, stronger and more “alive”, if she allowed herself such subjectivity. Taking some seconds to see them from head to toe (kinda), she greeted them with a warm smile and her characteristic dorky enthusiasm.
 
Sci Twi was happy, because she brought with her a very useful item, her magic capture device, to help her understand the current mishap. This time, she made sure the device was only on READ mode, and the ability to capture was set to DISABLE…or so she thought…
 
The device now had a docking port, that connected it to a mobile tablet, for immediate display and processing of information. SciTwi put on her interface googles. A few seconds later, information started loading. The device scanned Applejack first, then Pinkie Pie. The small device went brrrrr and printed both in the screen and her interface googles a preliminary analysis:

“Not once, but twice, Twilight. Ah first lost all my swimmin’ suit then mah normal clothes suffered the same fate. And ah tell ya, it pisses me off because those were a gift from mah mother, one of the few things ah have left to remind her by. Ah thank God that Granny Smith bought a spare back in her day… if not…” said Applejack, but was interrupted from getting sad by a friendly glomp from her cousin Pinkie Pie. Both grinned.
 
“Come on AJ, we are gonna make it, besides, this transformation is cool and…..” started to say Pinkie but in turn she was interrupted by the device’s noises.

“Uhhhh…” said both Pinkie and AJ.
 
“She means that it looks like this wont be contagious except by touch, like a very strange game of tag you have it” said Sunset. “We are gonna need to perform more tests”
 
“Ahhhh” said the cousins and started laughing, and so did Sunset and Sci Twi, who was programming new analysis parameters. None of them were aware of the events on the horizon.

Yep, it’s apparently a reference to this. Also the ARM Papaloapan (formerly USS Newport) is a Mexican Navy ship, not Spanish.

Does anyone else notice was going in the background with the Spanish ship?

And for editing the tagging and kudos for attaching the other sources. Just linking one was a hassle and took awhile with that spam barrier in the way. Shame the one who started never returned for a second.
 
I’ve the entire thing in my favourites in chronological order as can be done with the scene shifts at DA. Of course some things are bound to double back with the emphasis shifts and trying to keep each POV self contained. Follow Applejack (Then Fluttershy and Pinkie) as far as they went, then Twilight and Sunset. Then Rainbow Dash, although this is kind of going backwards after all that, coupled with Trixie. And of course all of the fillers go after that.
 
With the fillers and crossovers and especially scene shifts it’s kind of tricky to put them in any order but those of initial release.

I am sure.. I had never uploaded anything here before, only left comments. I had to make sure I got the artist and title and even a couple of characters right, and missed a couple. Since another anonymous user already uploaded one of the earlier ones, and the one who did pilot did not post any after that, the whole thing is screwed up anyway.
 
It did not seem anyone remembered this series which I am constantly anticipating the next entry for. Glad someone cared about the fillers.

Is the site glitching or something? Because I swear I included all the character names in the tagging, including Applejack and Pinkie Pie when I uploaded this. And had to add the artist’s name even though I’m pretty positive I had that down too.
