Ever since the 13th doctor graced the BBC and the official doctor who youtube channel (even if some episodes fly over my head when trying to understand the writing of the episodes) I decided that if SilverQuill made the reincarnations of the past 3 doctors, I might as well give it a go myself.
 
An old piece of artwork that was put on the backburner a while back. Decided to go with the earth pony route because Time Turner was an earth pony and I wanted to keep the same thing for Jo-Neigh Whickering(Horse Puns abound, brilliant).
