Yeah, no. Last I checked their most recent post was 1 year ago, with the Yona drawing that was uploaded here (and chances are that wasn’t even uploaded by Sintakhra-it may have been uploaded by a third-party user, just as you, not Sintakhra, uploaded this particular drawing.
And I still follow Sintakhra’s page on Deviantart as well, so I would know if she uploaded something to the site. She hasn’t posted anything there for well over a year.

Can she, though? We may never know, since Sintakhra is no more (which is a shame since I loved her comics).
Yep, you’re right about that. It means that there are tons of stories and art pieces made by fans for both species to help show some of the things about the species that may have not been shown in the show. It means fans can be quite creative with the characters. This is true with the Zebra species, as well.
On the bright side, less screentime = less chances of character ruining moments, and more chances for the fans to fill in the blanks.

Same here. Much like the Kirins, I feel like they were snubbed of screen time.
Well, that’s true. I would’ve loved to see more appearances of the hippogriffs.
Then again, being ‘best hippofish’ isn’t saying much considering the fact that we have only seen a couple of them, and Silverstream is the only one to get even a little bit of character development.
I wonder how loudly Silverstream was trying to sing. Could humans and hippogriffs have this much in common, that, in general, the more difficult it is to keep on key, and the worse they tend to sound?
