I think I would remember if Twilight and Cadence suddenly started glowing and looking exactly like the images on the cards for the crystal blindbag figures.
That TV screen is from “A Canterlot Wedding, Pt. 2”, so nothing we haven’t already seen. As for the rest of it, that’s a pretty standard and relatively fair marketing campaign that Hasbro has in mind for the MLP franchise.
