I miss water parks in general. Walking barefoot on cobblestone, getting heat burns on your feet from the cobblestone, getting rubber burns from the inner tubes, getting sunburns from the sun, smuggling in snacks and beverages inside towels in bags to hide them from the entry inspectors (who don’t get paid enough to care), the all-pervading smell of sunscreen and chlorine, eating Dippin’ Dots ice cream, waiting in 30 minute lines for 30-second rides…
