Applejack’s NOT most enjoyable for the Queen. Chrysalis would never give a chance with her, she would only give a chance with starlight glimmer instead, not Applejack.

Applejack may have been a more troublesome meal than expected, but I’m sure that just makes her all the more satisfying. In fact, it seems the silly pony still thinks she has a chance. At any rate, I’m sure whatever meagre struggles she can manage will be most enjoyable for the Queen, provided she doesn’t simply decide to sleep on her stomach.
 
I must say, this is utterly divine! Chrysalis’ pose is just exquisite, her expression just oozes gratification, I’m loving the look of her maw and the visible tightness of that belly bulge really is marvellous!

No, that’s not true. Chrysalis only dealt with starlight glimmer in the alternate future, not applejack.
