I feel that she could bring an early peace an understanding between changelings and ponies depending on when she is formed. A stern concerned and motherly figure as well as a caring compassionate loving one can be a balance that both species need and perhaps desires. A self sustaining changeling as well as a more diverse and perhaps magically gifted alicorn pony can be the thriving goal for many ponies and changelings to seek out or strive to be.
