They’ve worked elements of all the mane six’s cutie marks into the logo. Notice the balloon on the tail of the “y”, for instance.

I was thinking of a plot of Journey of where at the end Twilight Sparkle becomes an Alicorn at the end. I guess that concept is so small for only a 22 minute episode even though it would be a big development for our main protagonist.
