In an attempt to use your brains, you basically resolve that wearing all the hats is equivallent to wearing the king of hats. One hat to rule them all and that fuzz.  
You finally stumble upon it, its the ruler, its the one and only. The kind of sombrero that everypony should know. The king.  
King Sombrero, its pretty much useless and it wont stop yelling: MY SLAVES!!! And we all know that someone who actually yells with three exclamation marks cant be right in the head. You are just thankful that there arent ones in his screams.  
Not a hat you want while lurking in the deeps of a jungle. Though it does give you a +20 bonus in presence and the ability to make baby dragons cry.  
You proceed to get rid of it.
