You feel as if youd seen this before. As if you fired someone over something like this.  
You kind of want to go asking out loud: You can see this, right? Tell me what is wrong with this picture.  
Its a nice map, that can be conveniently folded into a set of different contraptions for appropiate use. A hat was on the list.  
As an apparent side effect, it seems it also changes the colors around you to a range of soft greys, really pleasant to look at.  
But you feel this would be something to wear on the moon. You dont really know where you get that sentiment, you just do.
