Wrong references, all are not related to this image, surprisingly there’s no other ones here are trying to guess this what it is based off, well, here’s the real answer…
 
This is actually based on one of the panels featured on the game box art cover of the 2008 videogame, Grand Theft Auto IV:  

 
To be more specific, the one that shows a red Benefactor Schafter being chased by the LCPD police cruiser, which somehow this image above, in which got drawn used this reference but the canvas of the original reference pic got flipped opposite:

This pic looks good by overall, but I’m just here for a honest comment here for a correct reference used, not some kind of stupid “April Fools” jokes going on, this ain’t funny tho.
