I can’t believe I logged ten hours into this, from sketch to finish. I think this is the best I have ever done drawing Fluttershy and I had zero references for either character. Anyway, there might be another short one-shot fan fiction behind this one. Discord obviously holds more respect and admiration for Fluttershy than any of the rest of the Mane 6. I can easily picture him giving her a princess makeover, remarking that her qualities are no less than Twilight’s and she is deserving of a crown herself (in his humble opinion), so he does his magic thing and conjures up a tiara, collar, and shoes for her.
On a side note, I had so much fun with Fluttershy’s mane and tail and her accessories in this. I had to stop myself before my eyes fell out of my head from straining them on single hairs, lighting, and artistic details.
And my apologies for being away for a while. Newsflash: life sucks sometimes and it causes me to disappear and reappear without warning.
