I think the main reason why people don’t notice the changes in production during the first two seasons it’s because people don’t normally look at at the early production of a show and of course the Faust era is only two seasons.although I do remember people acting like anything from the g5 leaks was set in stone
Indeed, but unfortunately most people don’t understand that.
Another thing to remember changes always happen during productions and it’s not always because of corporate mandate
Hasbro changed many things, even during Faust’s tenure, and honestly some things were changed for the better. (Even Faust herself admitted she prefered a few changes.)
If Hasbro , or other staff never contributed anything, or changed anything, then we’d have Applejack head-butting trees, Apple Bloom being the only CMC, no Cheerilee, no Sonic Rainbooms, (If Dashie stayed “Fire Fly”) no Derpy, or other things.
I do know that he believed the show that the show Faust wanted was the same show that we got and hasbro only interfered after she left
I remember that guy… (The “Twilight and Wingy Twilight are two different characters,” guy, right?)
It’s weird how some ex-fans obsess more on the series then most normal fans do.

I remember at one point I wanted to edit wings onto one of kwark85’s pictures
I remember some artists actually got pissed over that, and started putting warnings on their art not to do that.
Ironically, stuff like that actually turned some anti-Twilicorn folk to the opposite side.
Some people would also edit people’s art to remove those things same with the CMC’s cutie marks
Yeah, it’s the same attitude as people complaining about artists drawing Twilight with wings, or in anthro’/human form…
It comes off as kinda entitled.

Not gonna happen dude, either accept it or filter the tags. But don’t go around asking artists to alter their work just because YOU don’t like one little portion of it.
