I can picture pinkie picking up a random object with her eyes rolling around her skull and making ringing noises before talking to herself, as the boss.
Well, the charachter in question (Diavolo, JJBA Part 5: Vento Aureo) is a schizophrenic sociopath with a double personality, runs a mafia, and has an overpowered ability that few know exactly how it works. And is killing people to maintain his identity secret.
He even tried to kill his daughter.
