The dog gets a bowl of food and someone has to tke the bowl away from it.
If the dog attacks the hand on a stick the worker is using or growls it’s considered aggresive and get’s the honor of being put down.

even if the owner is an idiot and sent the dog to the shelter for that reason, the shelter is not going to put down the dog for that. shelters have very strict policy for putting animals to sleep and this is not it.
