Yeah I might have used the wrong wording.
Not really a paradox since one doesn’t exclude the possibility of the other. She can have an incredible orgasm and then suffocate just fine, or just do one or the other. A true breathplay paradox would be “you can only suffocate while you’re taking in oxygen”.
Maybe the word you wanted was “predicament”?

After I have seen Tron legacy, I had the idea of this suit on Tron universe with RD inside.
I remember have see this pic one day but the owner have remove this pic of internet quickly.And prohibit upload I think.
(I think my unconscious inspired me.)
That isn’t to say I don’t like it, just that it looks very familiar.
