Couldn’t make an anthro Luna without making her sister next, right? ;) And that was just by coincidence too which is neat. This was my first time getting to make Celestia after all these years so I was pretty happy about that, and also finally had an excuse to stick a pony in an anime sailor uniform which is something I’ve always wanted to do. She’s made with the same pattern as Luna except with slightly longer (1.5”) legs.
 
Details about some of the outfits: (all of these are custom made, nothing store bought)  
Schoolgirl sailor uniform is made with cotton, the skirt is knife pleated and has an invisible zipper on the side and the waistband has snaps on it, the top is button-down with plenty of darts to make it nice and form fitting. The neckerchief is made with satin and the loop it passes through secures with a snap and features Cadance’s cutie mark embroidered on it. Fairly difficult outfit to make but I think it came out good enough :)  
A replica of the original Rainbow Dash bikini which was sold a few years ago. There’s quite a lot of art with Celestia wearing said bikini so of course this had to happen.  
Hot pink minky bathrobe (easy way to keep them clean!)  
Matching thigh high minky socks with zippers on the back of them  
Mega milk meme shirt and the “i’m with stupid” shirt which is a reference to this piece by Andy Price  
Twilight cutie mark panties. These were printed using Spoonflower along with the bikini and t-shirts

Princess Celestia is about 5’4” or 64 inches tall (162 cm) to the top of her head (excluding ears/horn)  
Weighs 17 lbs (7.7 kg)  
Made with Snow white Shannon cuddle3 minky and turquoise, mint, lavender, and baby pink luxury shag faux fur  
Has an invisible zipper on her back for easy access to the stuffing  
Hands/arms are wired for light poseability and there is a support rod in the neck  
Eyes are machine embroidered and cutie mark is soft minky applique  
Has some smaller details like 3D ears, sculpted bellybutton, embroidered hooves, tail dock  
Entire body is triple stitched, all hand sewing is at least doubled over for durability
