Exactly! What gives Discord the right to decide since he was the one who caused this shit to begin with? Yeah, he was sore over losing his magic again but that’s his own damn fault.
 
I doubt their original intention was to kill the trio too. But I’m sure Twilight would have been allowed to pitch in on what to do with the trio.

And Discord most likely took advantage of the fact the sisters are too pissed on many things(like their last days as rulers they fell flat on their faces, not being included in the finale rainbow laser despite various reasons, humiliated, etc.) to realize that Discord shouldn’t be allowed to decide the trio’s fates like that.
 
If someone called out that it was ultimately Discord’s fault the trio is even worse, the sisters would most likely just blast Discord with some magic and angrily tell him off. The worst thing the sisters might do is just beat the trio up and send them to Tarturus. Pretty sure they can’t kill the trio like that, especially in front of EVERYONE.  
And if Celestia gave in the urge to kill someone, she might end up becoming Daybreaker eventually due to giving in to dark desires like that.

Discord also petrified them as well. In fact, he was the one who PITCHED the idea! If anybody is gonna call out any decision of Celestia’s and Luna’s that they disagreed with, they should also included who also contributed.

I can almost see the guilt Twilight might be feeeling here, a “I did my best to make them listen and it wasn’t enough” or “Is there something else we could have tried?” Since she was in effect the ruler of Equestria at that point, the Princesses could at least have asked her. The Unholy 3 certainly weren’t going anywhere under that giant cupcake.

never liked luna and celestia for the cozy glow thing. she’s a child, she needs a spanking at least and to be under watch by authorities,and lectured with friendship lessons by twilight spurglord until she reformed at most. i mean throwing a little girl in the same place with the chuckle fuck that helped her plan come to fruition was not only a bad idea. but keeping a child in a prison forever was lazy, unintelligent and tyrannical. 1 of only 2 things i disliked about the show was how lazy ponies were about punishment.

I don’t know about Tirek and Chrysalis considering he’s incredibly dangerous and she’s probably just too far gone, but Cozy Glow really just belonged in a regular jail cell.

This is certainly intriguing and sad. Good job on making the Tirek statue look creepy. If this is a guilt induced nightmare then theres only one way to fix it.
