I KNEW IT!!
For those unaware this picture is a parody of an early modern Doctor Who episode from when Christopher Eccelston played the 9th Doctor. In the episode the main antagonist was a little boy in a gas mask. He asked everyone he met if they were his mommy. If he touches you, he infects you. You become like him gas mask and all.
