Jargon is making a reference to a short story called “Guts” by “Fight Club” author Chuck Palahniuk, from his book “Haunted.” I won’t give away spoilers here, but if you Google it or search YouTube, you can find a copy. Be warned, though, it’s incredibly graphic.
