My guess is that it’s a habit she developed for her own amusement. She just loves poetry so much, that her rhymes have become into a habit.

It’s not so hard that one must be a bard.  
If one’s words must rhyme, simply take some time.  
Think about what you wish to say before you open your hole of hay,  
And if you’re not as dumb as a Seadra, you, too, can match a rhyming zebra.
