Fuselight and Jade are making fun of Parch and Violet for looking oblivious. They’re technically right, since P&V don’t notice Securina spying on them. But F&J don’t notice Heart Song spying on them either, so calling P&V oblivious is unintentionally hypocritical.

Alright so it’s a different view on that… but that still doesn’t help me understand what the joke is supposed to be.
