“A loud noise suddenly grabbed you back from the dream world. “Ughh, what was that?”  
You glanced over your night stand. 7.32am. “Ughhhmmnh!” The sunrise was 12 minutes late. You forced your body out of bed by letting yourself fall on the floor. Half asleep you dragged yourself over the window. A yellow magic aura appeared around your horn and light started appearing on the horizon. “No one will notice this slight dela-yawn”. Your eyes were barely staying open.  
“Thud”  
Another loud noise came from the adjacent room. Worried you ran out to check what was going on. Nothing would have prepared you for the next scene.  
Your sister. On the floor. Surrounded by decorations.  
“Luna?” You worryingly called her.  
“O-Oh s-sister. This is not what it seems!” She slowly stood up, fairy lights still twisted around her body.  
“We were calmly walking next to the tree when it suddenly ATTACKED US! We fought bravely and stood victorious over the malicious tree! A-as you can see!” A nervous smile appeared on her face.  
“B-but enough of that my dear sister. I don’t need praises for saving this special day!”  
She sat down and a sincere smile drew on her face while lifting a carefully hidden gift in front of you “Happy Hearth’s Warming day Celestia! We hope you will like this small gift!”  
“Sigh”  
The general confusion and disappointment was replaced by a feeling of warmth and happiness. You happily accepted the gift “Happy Hearth’s Warming day to you too, Luna!”
 
It’s the longest night of the year! Time to celebrate Luna’s day with a Christmas themed picture!
