If you look at the source, it’s a link to the tumblr i use to host the rulestets of both Wasteland Equestrians and another rpg i’ve wrote. just go to the download section and you’ll find everything you need.
I also upgrade the rulesets from time to time, especially with Wasteland Equestrians since is still a work in progress.

Never played them, but is just a regular Pen and Paper Roleplay Game. I simply drew all the tokens and printed the tilesets and walls to be used during a one-shot adventure i’ve hosted in January during a Brony meet-up. The players where exploring an abandoned subterranean facility
