All of those – Risa Magli, Trashy, Amphi, Salute etc. – are real-life clothing brands in Japan. The artist was trying to match each of the Mane 6 with the lingerie they’d prefer if they were human.
It’s engrish. You just have to learn to ignore 90% of it. Japanese have a tendency to mix in random enlgish words for no reason other than it sounds interesting and entirely without regard to the words actual meaning.
Or, it’s entirely possible the artist thought he/she was writing “Flashy” and got it wrong.
