my Tempest head cannon! she looks exactly how she does in the show, i just added a cutie mark. there was a gen 3 pony with the name FizzyPop who looks a lot like tempest so i used her cutie mark.
 
i might write more on her later but i honestly dont like to write, thats why my descriptions are so short and i keep saying ill come back with more info on the drawing later when in reality i never do ghnfskjdf
