I guess I’ll be the oddball and actually critique it.
 
The Black and red coloration is traditional ‘Mary Sue’, same with being an alicorn.
 
I like the whole ‘Neon/Punk rocker’ thematic.
 
The mouth needs work, it looks like a bad anime drawing of a mouth since apaprently her lips only reach one side of her face.
 
The sharp teeth evoke less an image of ‘regal princess’ and mroe of the ‘Nightmare’ thematic which, honestly, works better with the darker character design.
 
I find the expressive nd clever use of neon colorations to be exactly that, expressive and clever. Might wanna work on the artistic side of their use, thoug, to make them less of a literal eyesore because it actually DOES hurt to look for too long.
 
All in all, I like the design, I like the idea behind it, but needs a bit LESS Oomph and a bit more care to make her NOT look like a badly-made anime chaaracter.
