So, my headcanon is that Lil cheese is mtf trans, and I’ve felt the urge to, you know, design her before transitioning, redesign a bit her “show design” (cuz lil cheese in the show is just a recolor of filly pinkie pie model and I think she deserves her own original design) and polish my design of teenage lil cheese.  
Her full name is Strawberry Cheesecake  
The first one is lil Cheese (or Raspberry Cheesecake at that time) before starting to transition, shorter “boyish” hair and no makeup experiments on the muzzle. I think she was more shy and silent back then because she felt insecure and like she was weird.  
the second one is Strawberry Cheesecake, in her full glory. She has longer hair, got her cutie mark and loves make up. She adores her cousin, Rouge Mac (Sugar Belle and Big Mac’s daughter), who is a makeup artist. Cheese likes to think of herself as Mac’s apprentice, though Rouge will never admit it.  
The third one is lil cheese in her late teens. Cute pigtails, fabulous earrings, snatched makeup and dazzling braces.
