Unless Twilight is immortal, the Mane Six are all dead, or worse, they’ll become ghouls. Same for Luster and her friends, and all of Ponyville.
The general rule of thumb for a nuclear explosion is to hold your thumb up at an arm’s length, and if the mushroom cloud looks bigger than your thumb, then you’re too close to be safe.
Ponyville being a place inhabited primarily by ungulates, that test wouldn’t help them, but if we try it on this image, then the mushroom cloud should be considerably bigger than most people’s thumbs, meaning that Ponyville is fucked.
