It mostly looks like a F-15C, but honestly the drawing looks maybe too stylized for a very detailed comparisson.
 
Kinda like in Advance Wars, you know Orange Star’s planes are F-15, but they’re pretty much chibi F-15’s so you can’t say is an E or a C, I know it’s not a silent eagle nor a F-15X that’s for sure.
 
You can also take my words with a grain of salt, I’m still learning about the plane so I might be wrong. Right now I used google images to tell the differences between the C and the E.

I can’t tell if she’s an F-15C or an F-15E.
