A halloween special, more music shorts and more focus on the girls parents sound pretty neat ideas for the series but sadly we wouldnt see something like that

All the staff already leaved DHX, they just keeped the holiday special as a surprise  
Season 3 sounds very unlikely unless Boulder takes charge of it (That also sounds very impossible since they should be working on G5 and already forgetting about everything related to G4) and if that was the case we should expect something very different than what we used to see (Different writers and animators, expect something like summertime shorts that mostly ignored all the previous canon)
 
Anyways those sounds pretty good ideas, a halloween special could have been amazing

The promo for Holiday Unwrapped on Discovery Family is touting it as the “final set of adventures”.

I seriously hope this will happen and the show will get a proper ending and not be cancelled
