Rainbow Dash always told Scootaloo to stay away from the Ghastly Gorge at night, specially after the Quarray Eels began mysteriously disappearing. But she didnt listen, her curiosity was just too much, specially when she heard if one yelled their most heartfelt wish into it at midnight theyd be fulfilled.
I now, I just like imagining it as something eldritch
I think just the arms is good enough in this case. A glimpse is better when we can’t see any part of it other than said glimpse.
Yah, now we just need a sight of some part of the creature, covered in hundreds of mouths all whispering in a language only the dead know
I think it’s a common trope for dark abysses like this.
