Background Pony #568B

This Varra is confusing. Is it a vaporeon pony? vaporeon exists, and unless I’m wrong this should be original species too. But the only other image tagged with this OC doesn’t even have the “pokemon” tag at all.

Either way, on a less technical note, she looks like a fish/sea pony, vaporeon or no. Can she not breathe underwater?
