Whitley never said that Eris is a sarimanok, said it was BASED on a sarimanok, a bird that has no other animal part, which makes it impossible to be a sarimanok, a logical conclusion is that she is a class of draconequus/sarimanok offspring to answer why she is Discord’s cousin and don’t look like a chimera just like Discord or Cosmos.

I hate to ruin the joke, but Eris here isn’t a draconequus.

Just cheat her with a coin trick and you win the fight. (i don’t hate her, is just… i hope that she will back in a revenge story, having Discord like one of the protagonist to make justice for her, she have potential like a character, she would be another Nightmare Moon, a powerful creature with inferiority complex because her cousin is popular in the multiverse and powerful, so she tries to do anything to prove everbody that she is superior to Discord, using her magic in a subtle way.)

Cosmos is the danger, the most dangerous mlp villain of all, Eris is the most harmless of the 3 chaos users.

IMO, both Eris and Cosmos are pretty dangerous villains.
