With the exception of extremely rare cases like Troublshoes or Rockhoof, however, a pony’s tribe has nothing to do with their body type – popular headcanons asides, a pony being an earth pony or a unicorn or a pegasus has zero impact on what they look like beyond determining what appendages they do or don’t have. The CMC have always had the same body type as each other, both as kids and as brief adults; so did the mane six before Twilight turned into an alicorn.
