I’d probably put Cream Heart at B. She has a nice if ordinary design and the concept is good, but she’s ruined by a good portion of her art being incest.
Hey whoa… Spoiled may not be the best mom but.. thats no reason to put her down to that.. I wish she was real so i could try my hoof at maybe changing her. i’m real good with changing bad people into good ones. :/
…The only exception being Spoiled Rich, of course. She belongs in F tier.
I’d shift Velvet and Cloudy higher on A list, Delta to B, and bump Golden up to S tier.

Nice little tiermaker. I put Trixie’s mom on the bottom not as a insult, just never seen her in the show.
I put her in since I was considering possible fanon depictions of her, not just her one-panel cameo appearance in FiM #40. (That’s why fan characters like Golden Brooch and DV are in there too.)
