Now it is clear
I would tag it as a simple gif but other users add the animation tag sometimes. I did add the ‘barely animated’ tag though. I usually add an extra 8 frames or so for a blink but my software only supports 9 layers.
I had someone who made multiple accounts just to downvote my art. They left me horrible messages to both my and my partner. Seems like I have a habit of unintentionally upsetting people! I had all of it removed as I didn’t feel welcome here at the time.
But I’ve recently come back. ^^;

I didn’t say that art was bad, I was just outraged that the change of 3 highlights is called animation.
This is already an animation. But why did you delete it from the site?
It’s just a simple gif, I have to add the animated tag for the thumbnail on the YCH site. :/
I’m sorry that I’ve upset you. I used to make these simple eye shimmer things all the time on mspaint. One of my more complicated ones was this:
