My designs for what I’d have as the generation five of My Little Pony!
 
Twilight Sparkle is an earth pony, just like the official designs. However, she’s part kirin. 45% kirin, 55% earth pony. The gemstone on her forehead helps channel her magic into her hooves.
 
Rarity is a mix-bred pony, 50% earth pony and 50% unicorn. Her father an earth pony, her mother a unicorn. I just had to switch her color palette around, and loved it.
 
Fluttershy is a hybrid, a more noticeable hybrid. 60% unicorn and 40% deer. I just had to make her a deer, it felt so right with her timid personality. I also love short hair on Shy!
 
Applejack is a nearly-purebred pony, 95% pony and 5% cow. This is where she gets her coat patterns, and her bulky build.
 
Pinkie Pie is the pony with the most mixed blood. 50% pegasus pony, 25% changeling and 25% donkey. At this point, she’s pretty much an honorary draconeequis.
 
Rainbow Dash is also nearly purebred. 97% pegasus pony and 3% Griffin somewhere in there.
