Absolutely! Skirts with motion are the best
I like sometimes making silly pirouetes in front of my mirror.
I love a skirt that flows like that. I’d love to twirl in a dress to make the skirt flow or just move and dance gracefully and let the skirt do it’s thing. It’s wonderful to feel the dress move like that. <3

To be fair, a skirt flows nicely and prettily when you’re moving fast. It’s why we love dresses when the wearer is twirling or running (think Cinderella)
