Now I really want to try fried ice cream.
Take Ice cream, get extra cold, cover in a batter, freeze again for a couple hours, deep fry very quickly about 10-15 seconds at high temperature, enjoy!

Edit: the recipe for fried ice cream uses breadcrumbs and it turns out like profiteroles.
