With scootaloo wondering of the bulge in the hose about to send apple bloom flying and getting soaked at the same time when the hose itself was moving when scootaloo was to wonder if sweetie belle was finishing off painting Winona as a dalmation when sweetie belle wonders if the paint was water based when it washed off. With a chance scootaloo was to drop her carrot into the fire to run and turn the water off at the tap.
