the biggest problem with the pyrarch’s plan is it’s contingent on the theft of his great flame, which could only have happened if she wanted to leave. he wants to make an enemy out of her, too?
 
that and the fact that he’s relying on chrysalis for his plans to succeed. when has she ever succeeded at anything?
