The person who commissioned this, TellyWeb Toons, I have known of for a long time in the Rescue Rangers fandom. Always been obsessed with Gadget belly dancing. It’s neurologically fascinating how someone can be obsessed with one thing for years and years. She never does it in the show, nor does it seem likely to be something she’d do, making really weirdly fascinating in a way that e.g. blueberry inflation in the Wonka fandom is not. AFAIK he is almost single-handedly responsible for every picture of Gadget belly-dancing on the internet, which is kinda impressive.
