Some custom designs for the Equestria Girls versions of Twilight and Pinkie. While I don’t think the EG series is perfect, I do think there is some charm to it. I’m also a sucker for AU’s.  
Twilight’s design was kind of an inspiration of a mixture of multiple different designs (Legend of Everfree, Better Together series, and Tales of Canterlot High series)  
Pinkie’s design was partially inspired by her Legend of Everfree design, but was mostly freelance.
 
What do you think? Should I do custom designs for characters more often? I already plan on doing a new design for Fluttershy and Applejack too in case you’re wondering.  
Also, my next drawing will be a long-overdue requested drawing.
 
EDIT: Made the characters more HD-looking, changed Sci-Twi’s expression, and fixes a hairline and outline issues on Pinkie Pie.
