As she looked out to the night sky, Sparkle Pop wondered if she was doing the right thing. Her parents wouldn’t believe her. “Therapy” wasn’t helping. Everyone in class only ridiculed her. What was the point? But as she walked towards that cliff, a shooting star came by. She looked at it, stunned. She got to thinking, “That thing must be very far away. How big is it? How big is Equestria….let alone how little we are!” She wasn’t sure why, but the feeling that the universe was so large and massive was strangely….comforting. As she watched the shooting star fly by, she spotted a village down below. She looked for a moment, sat down and pondered, feeling that familiar poof as she sat down, one of the few things in her current life that she could look forward to. “Yeah, things might not be working out here…..but this is but just one tiny place. There’s maybe zillions more places I can be where ponies will actually believe me!” she smiled at the thought. She didn’t care that she was about to leave behind a life of torture and ridicule, the only thing on her mind was to keep looking forward!
