The fact you’re getting a little off topic notwithstanding, I still think it’s wrong for you to assume that it’s always (and only) RariJack shippers “out to get you”… even if RariJack pictures aren’t downvoted as much as things like this, RariDash, it could be because of something like TwiDash or FlutterDash shippers voting them up or down respectively, too… those two ships are both extremely popular.
 
But, whatever, if you’d rather get pissed at RariJack fans and blame them for everything you hate about the fandom, then I’m not going to stop you (and no offense but I’d rather not discuss it through PM, I’m pretty sure that would get me absolutely nowhere). It’s no skin off my back.

That is if any of them read my arguments at all, which I know they don’t. I know for a fact that said mass downvoting is much more frequent toward everything outside of rarijack.

You’ve got to be kidding. I could point out at least a dozen RariJack pictures, right now, that have a minimum of 12 downvotes on them, and some a lot more than that. Stop making yourself out to be a victim and a martyr constantly… it makes it really hard to take any of your arguments seriously.

I remember when AppleDash was most popular ship.

I think the message is really clear when pretty much rows of pictures shipping Rarity/Aj with anyone other than each other are downvoted like clockwork whilst the most a rarijack picture will get is 3-4.
 
But whatever…my hard work, as well as the hard work of others don’t really mean anything since we dont have the right opinion. And everything we do is fair target as such

Can you actually give one concrete example of somebody telling you that Rarijack is canon, so you can’t ship what you want? I’ve never seen that anywhere before, and I think you’re making a lot of assumptions and getting upset over nothing. :\

It’s fairly obvious whoever left that comment was implying that the only reason rarity had that expression during said conversation was to vindicate rarijack, and that my picture is the only one of the two misconstruing things.
 
More of this “MY OTP is CANON, so you can’t enjoy yours” mentality is see frequently now among rarijack shippers, much moreso than before.
 
Even the outright best art I’ve seen on this site will get about a dozen down-votes for that reason, alone.

Either way, it’s the typical asshole-ish treatment I get from rarijack shipper for liking something they don’t, no matter who well I express my opinion or what I contribute to this fandom. Love and tolerance for the win.

I still don’t really like RariDash even after you explained to me why it works, and that’s fine, you tagged the image right, and didn’t force it upon anyway, so there is nothing wrong with it at all. :P
