I was just browsing the gamespot article of the fighting is magic phenomenon, and there was a discussion with this guy about the show nearly ending with season 4 as Twilight becoming an Alicorn only because Hasbro wants to get rid of the fanbase of people above age 10.
Now Idk about you guys, but maybe this guy is just making stuff up, idk.
Just in case you can’t read what it’s saying:
“Please, by all means.
I’d be THRILLED if Hasbro wasn’t trying to get rid of any fan of the show above age 10, but they really are.
Season 3 will end with Twilight getting ready to become an alicorn and she’ll leave her friends. If season 4 is even remotely true, she’s an alicorn in it.”

I’ve never heard of him.
Likewise, I find that hard to believe.
If hasbro would hate money and their adult fans, it would have been a long time since Transformers and GI Joe would be dead and buiried.
What if she just grew wings?
Besides, she MIGHT give up her powers for friendship.
I am full of that stuff
If she had these godly powers, then why would she keep sending six civilians to do her, and her state military’s work? The only useful thing she’s actually done was dissipate Twi’s want it need it spell, one time. Any other time, she’s been sitting on her arse, or gotten it handed to her! Ahaha.
It wasn’t an attack on Celestia, more of a tongue in cheek observation.
Have we yet seen an Alicorn that wasn’t powerful enough to be seen as a god?
Even Cadence counts.
That’s uber-nonsensical.
Unless she gained powers on Celestia’s level. :P
In all seriousness, I am very much opposed to the Twilight Alicorn idea. Probably not enough to make me KWIT PONIZ 4EVAR, but it will shake my trust in the makers immensely.
Unless of course it’s only a temporary thing that isn’t a persistent factor (like a Super Saiyan-esque transformation).
it would basically render all future plots and challenges useless.
What can you learn when you’re already a god among mortals?
I sure hope so. I think it might slightly be true though because of that mysterious book Luna was holding at the end of episode 2 season 3. Idk man.
There was never any evidence for an Alicorn Twilight, and if it was going to happen, the series would end, then and there. There’s no way in Tartarus this will ever happen.
If it does, it will just be a delusion of Twilight.
