Yes and no.
There is a mod that ponifies the UI for all civilizations, but it doesn’t change civilizations or unit models.
There’s another mod that changes unit models, but only for modded civs that are designed to work with the mod.
And then there are several mods that add pony civs so you could have a pony civ-only game if you wanted to.
