A, she clearly instantly changes every time he tries to pick a class. I dunno how class picking goes in Overwatch, but this is obvious.
B, it’s just a joke, don’t analyse it.
What was stopping him from responding to the second line by saying, “Oh, well since you’ve picked Windowmaker, then I’ll be Tracer”
She can’t be all these characters at once, the moment she picked another character that cleared him up to play Tracer, as per his original pick.
