Substance abuse is not unknown, but it’s typical for American politicians to paint any project thru touch as being flawless and sweep any problems under the rug.
To be fair, substance abuse is hardly unknown among the privileged in any society. She can probably manage with some advice from Celly.
It’s one thing to find someway to quickly send a student huffing strange chemicals off to a nearby hospital and keep curious eyes from finding out what happened to the students.
But it’s another thing to come up with a acceptable way to explain to their parents what happened, especially when their parents are foreign political figures.
To be fair, after taking a wiff of what’s in that can, I think they’ll both be pretty heavily brain damaged.
